The versatile solution for two types of cooking: direct, indirect or both. The fire can be lit directly in the brazier in the cooking chamber or in the combustion chamber below. By inserting a grill rack into the cooking chamber itself, a second surface is created for inserting multiple trays at the same time. Depending on your preference, the fire can be lit directly in the cooking chamber or in the separate combustion chamber or in both at the same time, with the advantage that in the latter case the cooking surface stays hotter for longer.
